The secret to getting fit for free is to use every opportunity to be active.


Armed with a bit of get-up-and-go and good planning, you can be fitter than ever without spending a penny.


 Did you know that adults need to be active for 150 minutes per week, children aged 5 to 16 need 60 minutes of activity per day, and children under 5 years need 180 minutes per day! NHS Choices 'Get Fit For Free' has enlisted the help of top fitness experts to help you explore new ways and places to exercise for free, catering for all ages and levels from couch potato and above!


Did you know that Cheshire East offer a concessionary leisure card scheme?
