We are also keen to hear your ideas. There is a “suggestions box” on the inside of the front door, or our practice manager will give you further information.
Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur and welcome any suggestions or comments to improve the service. Please ask to speak to the practice manager, who will give you further advice and/or a leaflet on our complaints procedure.
We offer a Practice Complaints Procedure to deal with comments, suggestions and complaints about the service we provide. Every year we issue and closely analyse a patient questionnaire to facilitate this. The most recent results are on our ‘Patient Participation Group’ section.
